Hebei Fangda Science and Technology Co., LTD., founded in 2003, has six subsidiaries, is a collection of science and technology park development and construction and operation, property management services, investment, management consulting service.

Fangda group has established a business model of "property right incubation + enterprise service + business matching" for private incubator development.
Located in the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone, Shijiazhuang Fangda Science Park founded in 2003, covers an area of over 70 acres, 12 km2 of construction area. It can provide comprehensive supporting services such as venue, workshop, financing service, technical project, information management, policy consultation, meeting and market promotion services for small and medium-sized enterprises.With the completion of facilities and service, Fangda Science Park has attracted a large number of science and technology enterprises into the park, involved science and technology, medicine, electronic information and advanced manufacturing and other fields, science and technology enterprises accounted for 60%.
Ningjin Fangda Science Park is located in the central business zone in Ningjin County, near the 308th national highway and 5 minutes to Qingyin speedway, links up Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The project covers an area of 258 mu, with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan and a construction area of 260,000 m2. The whole park is divided into three functions, main incubator, pilot research area and industrial accelerator. After the completion of the project, there will be over 200 enterprises assigned, and the annual industrial and trade output value is expected to reach 3 billion yuan, and the profit tax will be about 600 million yuan, providing about 10,000 jobs for the society.
For the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative innovation development strategy, to promote international and to attract more talents, scientific and technological achievements from Beijing to Hebei Province, under the principles of “Global Vision, Resources Integration, Synergy Innovation, Collaboration & Share”, Fangda Group united Zhongguancun overseas science park to co-construct Zhongguancun Overseas Science Park- Shijiazhuang Branch Park.
